The challenge for Telecoms
The world has a tremendous amount of Telecoms infrastructure
that enables end-users to communicate with each other's

eTOM
TM Forum's Business Process Framework (eTOM) is a key element of

represents the whole of a Service Provider's enterprise environment
in a hierarchy of process elements, capturing process detail at
various levels.
