Create Picture Driven Interactive Presentations

Use the power and flexibility of Visio to create custom pictures and views to help ease the use of the Publication.  Business users can navigate from a top level picture to see any aspect of your Process Repository in HTML; models, documents, reports, metadata and relationships.

Collect feedback from business stakeholders

Users can interact with diagrams and post feedback on the processes, documents, activities, roles etc. within the Publication. The feedback can be in the form of improvement suggestions, process bottlenecks, metrics errors, questions; change requests etc and sent to the owner of the publication via email.

Reports, print options and search

In addition to the navigation and 'browsing' functionality, Publisher includes reports, print options (HTML, Word and Diagram) and simple search capabilities to assist when locating processes, process documentation, policies, work instructions, activities, roles etc. within the publication.
