eTOM
TM Forum's Business Process Framework (eTOM) is a key element of

represents the whole of a Service Provider's enterprise environment
in a hierarchy of process elements, capturing process detail at
various levels.

Business Process Framework embedded as MS Visio diagrams in the
iServer central repository. This solution provides a fast start for
any Telecoms project teams working on process improvement whilst
adhering to the eTOM standard. Benefits of the solution
