The business is subject to regulation and audit from a number of different bodies, and strict compliance to process is essential. Before they implemented the iServer tool, they struggled to maintain and provide process information to staff and regulatory bodies.

The Solution

They adopted iServer to document and manage their processes, whilst using the Publisher module to share business process information, both internally (for feedback) and with Regulatory bodies (for audit purposes).

iServer's ability to turn individual task shapes into repository objects meant that each step in a process could be linked to the relevant regulatory control. The flexible publication options meant different views could be generated that were relevant to the control body.
