The Business Challenge

The organization had a large amount of EA information stored in different databases. Previously, they had not got the option of assessing how all the information fitted together. They had been working on a ‘custom’ EA framework, but wanted to move towards a TOGAF® 9 structure and method.

The Solution

Once the company imported all of their existing diagrams and documents into iServer, they were able to assess how it these documents could be improved. iServer's customizable TOGAF® 9 templates allowed them to work with the TOGAF® 9 meta-model and customize the visual appearance of meta-model concepts.
