Al Ghurair uses iServer as a Business Process Repository and Modeling Tool
When Saif Al Ghurair Technology (SAGT) was formed as the IT
services arm for the Al Ghurair Group of companies, one of their
primary initiatives was to re-implement an Oracle ERP system, with
the objective of providing a competitive advantage in the market.
After evaluating a number of solutions, Al Ghurair selected Orbus
Software's iServer as its business process repository and modeling
tool to provide the necessary modeling and document management
capabilities needed to deliver ERP.
This case study looks at the key requirements initially set out
by SAGT, the reasons why iServer was selected as the solution and
the benefits realised that eventually led Al Ghurair's IT
applications manager to state:
