A collaborative approach to business process modeling
The practice of business analysis is complex and good
practitioners can be extremely successful using simple tools such
as a white board and Word documents. However the complexity of
organization's today and the economic conditions that force
organization's to respond to market conditions faster and more
efficiently, requires that Business Analysis teams must take a
collaborative approach to Process Modeling, with support from an
appropriate repository based tool, in order to be
successful.
In this presentation, Joan Pournara briefly recaps on the
basics of Business Process Modeling and then discusses how a
collaborative approach, leveraged through a repository based
modeling environment, allows Business Analysis teams to act more
quickly and efficiently when responding to market
conditions.
