The Open Group TOGAF® 9 Tool Evaluation Criteria.
Today, EA teams at all levels of maturity struggle to make
sense of the EA tools marketplace and select a tool that will
provide appropriate support for managing artifacts, modeling
architectures, generating architecture views and performing
decision analysis.
In recognition of this, The Open Group have produced a
rigorous set of evaluation criteria for selecting an EA tool, in
relation to the requirements of an EA and TOGAF 9 initiative. This
document is useful for "scoring" all aspects of an EA tool and
should be considered when selecting a tool to support any EA
initiative.
