Proof of concept

the deliverables, including the Architecture Repository (the
iServer Repository) can be pulled out and used in the real-time
environment immediately.
Installation and hardware configuration
Our dedicated support team can assist with hardware
requirements, and configuring hardware for best performance. Our
walk-throughs can be done via phone, the web, or even on-site in
front of your system administrator.
Architecture repository consultancy
iServer has been used in a number of different of industry
areas, and supports any enterprise architecture Framework. We can
advise on best-practice and using frameworks including
TOGAF® 8, TOGAF® 9, Zachman and custom
architecture frameworks.
Reporting services
We can assist in designing and creating customized reports as
well as provide training; whatever the purpose. Our Report
Packs can also point you in the right direction for reporting
needs.
Training
Orbus runs a number of training courses for enterprise
architecture, including TOGAF® training. Training sessions
are run Online (web-based via WebEx or
GoToMeeting), or Onsite in one-to-one sessions or
group based, instructor led sessions.
Visio consultancy and training services
Visio is an extremely flexible modeling tool, with numerous
functions and customizations which can promote better enterprise
architecture design and implementation. Orbus provides a number of
services related to Visio customization for enterprise architecture
including custom Visio stencil design, standardization and re-draw
of Visio diagrams, as well as converting diagrams from other
enterprise architecture tools.
Data conversion
If you previously purchased another enterprise architecture tool
and are looking for a way out, or if you have large number of
artifacts stored in spreadsheets and other data sources, Orbus
offers bulk data conversion services, where artifacts can be
imported to iServer and models generated as Visio diagrams in a
notation of your choosing.
For iServer customers we also provide the Data Exchange
product.
