Proof of Concept: Hosted Evaluation Service
What is a proof of concept?
An iServer Proof of Concept, which is completely FREE of charge,
gives a potential customer the opportunity to evaluate iServer and
prove that it matches their Enterprise Architecture tool
requirements prior to any investment.
With the assistance of a TOGAF 9 certified
consultant, iServer can be quickly configured and a real
sample of the organization's Enterprise Architecture content
imported into the repository. Then, iServer is demonstrated at a
workshop in a context that is familiar to all the attendees,
detailed tool requirements can be discussed and workshop attendees
have an opportunity to test-drive iServer.

Why do a Proof of Concept?
The Proof of Concept is an ideal way to test your needs before
making an investment. Here are some of the reasons why a
proof of concept might be suitable for you.
- Are you looking to purchase an EA or BPA tool and would
like to compare iServer to the competition?
- Are you looking to migrate your data away from another
tool to the easy-to-use iServer environment?
- Would you like to prove the value of the iServer
software prior to a larger scale investment?
- Would you like to see iServer working with your
diagrams, documents and data?
- Would you like a hands-on evaluation of the
software?
Benefits of a Proof of Concept
Over and above the benefit of being able to 'try before you
buy', an iServer proof of concept provides other benefits. It
will allow you to see the tool in the context of your own
information and will produce real deliverables which can be shown
to the business to help gain buy-in for the project or for a tool
investment. It will also help ensure you scope your project
and validate your requirements fully. See a full list of
benefits.
