Teams and individuals can also develop their skillsets within specific business and IT practices, with access to a range of standard certification eLearning courses. The iServer Learning Center is an integrated learning platform which can be launched from the iServer interface. This convenient training platform means users can be up and running on iServer in a few days with minimum disruption, ensuring business needs are met and improving your return on investment.

Tool Training and Accreditation Platform

The Learning Center provides users with complete access to up to date iServer accreditation eLearning courses to ensure that the team has a benchmark knowledge of all aspects of the tool, validated by an accreditation test that can be taken at the end of the course.

Resource Library

Through the Learning Center, users can access the entire Orbus Knowledge Base which includes a wealth of continually updated best practice guides, case studies, webinars, infographics, posters, eBooks and other resources.

IT Certifications eLearning

The Learning Center contains an eLearning Marketplace that allows users to purchase accredited certification eLearning courses directly from their workstations.

In partnership with Good e-Learning, the library includes certification courses for TOGAF®9.1, ArchiMate®2.1, COBIT®5, BPMN 2, Lean and all ITIL®2011 Foundation and Intermediate courses.

Technical Support

iServer users can log support tickets for any technical issue or guidance or view the status of existing support tickets.
