We are looking for a bright, passionate and ambitious Product Manager to take up a key position in our fast paced, energetic and friendly company, with wide-ranging responsibility for iServer365 our flagship cloud solution. Based in London, this exciting and demanding role within our product management team entails working closely with development teams in London and overseas to develop, design and deliver our iServer365 roadmap.

You will be working as part of the Product Management team managing Orbus Software’s flagship SaaS product, iServer365, reporting to the Head of Product.

As part of a mission led team contributing to our strategic goals you will need to:

  • Engage with customers and business stakeholders to become a product expert for your tribe and develop an understanding of common transformation challenges faced by our customers
  • Define high level themes, functionality and features for your tribe based on customer use cases and strategic direction
  • Lead research activities and product design workshops alongside our design and development teams
  • Support customer facing teams with roadmap information and customer presentations
  • Prioritize your backlog based on value, feedback, dependencies and capacity
  • Develop, present and explain completed features to customers, partners and internal teams

Key requirements: 

  • Significant experience in a Product Management position 
  • Understanding of the application development process from requirements gathering though design, implementation, delivery and support 
  • Knowledge of technology sufficient to work effectively with developers and QA engineers on topics such as APIs 
  • Experience working with Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies with ability to guide up to two scrum teams
  • Willingness to travel to visit our development teams on at least a quarterly basis 
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communications, adjusting the language used to best suit the audience 
  • Able to respond effectively to deadlines and appropriate pressure 
  • Desire to work in high-performance environment at a rapidly growing company, with a collaborative and friendly culture
