Circle Housing is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the United Kingdom, with over 65 000 homes across the country. In the years following its establishment in 1968, Circle Housing has grown to comprise of nine social housing association partners, providing desirable homes, sustainable communities, and trusted services to around 300 000 customers. They also provide a range of support services through Centra, a wholly owned subsidiary of Circle Housing, which acts as their care, support, telecare and commercial property partner.



Through the implementation of iServer and its use within the organization over the past three years, Circle Housing have been able to meet all the objectives of their Enterprise Architecture initiative, and foresee iServer bringing huge benefits to their Business Analysis team in the future.

For preparations, we got a clear list of requirements. Orbus send us a consultant for implementation and configuration, which was experienced in what she was doing, and if we asked for some more difficult things there was a network behind which could answer fast all questions.
