We are working to build this centre of excellence by building an amazing place to work, learn and develop for our people.</p> <p><br></p> <p>As a member of Orbus New Business team in Australia, your primary focus will be to engage in the acquisition of new client names and introduction of new customers to the Orbus Portfolio. You will be managing all aspects of pre-sales – from lead generation, follow-ups, face to face client visits, running online demos, setting up and configuring Proof of Concepts (PoC), providing quotes and proposals, coordinating legal contract reviews, and ultimately closing the sale. All of this will allow you to work with tens of blue-chip organizations across all verticals and ensure that a fit-for-purpose solution is provided to our newly on-boarded customers. Additional responsibilities may involve define customer specific Statements of Work (SoW) for one to threemonth onsite consultancy engagements; offered to our customers to help them achieve their goals and in parallel serve to embed the Orbus products within the organization.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Follow up with all AUS sales opportunities owned by you on a daily basis;</li> <li>Attending regular sales meetings and maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline for management reporting;</li> <li>Ensuring SalesForce (Orbus CRM) is kept updated by tagging all correspondence with leads, prospects and customers;</li> <li>Run onsite visits and online sessions to demonstrate the Orbus products and solutions to potential customers across the Australia and Asia regions;</li> <li>Attend events and workshops/meetings with prospects and customers;</li> <li>Building tailored ‘Proof of Concept’ (POC) evaluations for potential customers, and be able to present that back to the client to demonstrate value;</li> <li>Defining SoW for one to three-month consultancy engagements (Fast Start) for customers;</li> <li>Online webinars to customers on iServer/iServer365 good practices, with a focus on EA, BPA and SPM topics;</li> <li>Working closely and collaboratively with Customer Account Managers, Finance, Support, Consultancy, Marketing, and Development Teams;</li> <li>Solution Development – assisting the product development team in scoping new value-add accelerators/solutions for the product range by logging all enhancement request received from prospect or customers</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Key Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>Enterprise Architecture experience is desirable and working in a fast tracked organization or with a software vendor or large consultancy;</li> <li>Proficient in MS Visio and all Office 365 applications;</li> <li>Relevant professional certifications i.e. TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT, ITIL, BPMN, Prince II etc</li> <li>Self-starter with motivation to meet tight deadlines and to preform individually whilst working as part of a global team;</li> <li>Experience in Enterprise Architecture initiatives;</li> <li>Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools, specifically the Orbus Software product range of both iServer and iServer365;</li> <li>Ability to absorb technical information and communicate this clearly to varied audience; </li> <li>Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate value proposition to customers through tooling and pre sales consulting services engagements;</li> <li>Up to 20% travel as part of onsite pre-sales consulting engagements. </li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><strong>What’s in it for you!</strong></p> <ul> <li>A massive opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment that thrives on growth and change.</li> <li>Competitive salary and benefits (in line with experience)</li> <li>Individual performance bonus</li> <li>Hybrid working model, 2/3 days in our Sydney Offices and at home</li> <li>Curious, open culture, with teams collaborating across geographies</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Living our Values at Orbus </strong></p> <p><strong>Be Extraordinary:</strong> Be the best version of yourself, grow, flourish and be better everyday. </p> <p><strong>Own It:</strong> We lead from the front!
