Reporting to the Professional Services Manager EMEA, you will be part of a dynamic, global and supportive team. Core Responsibilities: <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 10px; color: rgba(51, 51, 51, 1); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Provide support, and guidance to our customers during their onboarding phase - to help them get value out of our product and solution offerings fast. During this phase work closely with Orbus’s onboarding team and customer project teams to manage and deliver successful implementations of Orbus products, whilst becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout the engagement. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Understand customers use cases and gather customer requirements by asking the right questions. Use your own initiative to evaluate requirements, to design and advice customers how to make best use of services and solutions, in a way that will best enable them to achieve their objectives. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Configure and optimize Orbus product and solutions in line with customer requirements. Test, and hand over functional documentation for solution configurations that satisfy generic and customer specific requirements. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Run training courses and build custom training material tailored to customer usage. This includes to evaluate training delivery methods and support blended learning approaches to facilitate knowledge transfer. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">As SME and senior consultant, mentor customers through their Enterprise Architecture journey and other architecture initiatives, using your extensive EA expertise across a number of different corporations and government utilities. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Workshops and consultancy meetings with customers to advice and support them throughout the full lifecycle. Apply Orbus best practices to continue foster adoption of implemented solutions and work closely together with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Deliver engaging, informative presentations and demonstrations of Orbus products and solutions and an ability to communicate the Orbus offerings to CTOs and CIOs in the target audience. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Work with internal specialists, and Professional Services teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box">Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and provide internal feedback how Orbus can better serve our customers.
