ITIL 4 qualifications are highly sought after in the world of business. Becoming certified in the latest version of ITIL 4 is highly beneficial for career-minded IT staff, especially as the syllabus teaches several valuable tools and best practices for management-level decision-making.

Starting the ITIL 4 certification path from scratch would require a student to take six exams in order to become fully qualified. By taking the ITIL 4 MPT certification exam, however, they can skip to the point where only one more exam is required to become an ‘ITIL 4 Master’.

ITIL V3 continues to help businesses across the world to continuously optimize their IT service management practices in order to deliver maximum value to customers. However, IT has evolved a great deal since ITIL V3 was released. This is reflected in ITIL 4’s syllabus, which is not only up to date but also set to continue evolving in the future.

Businesses that utilize ITIL V3 have a great deal to gain by adopting ITIL 4’s tools and best practices. ITIL V3 qualifications are not sufficient as prerequisites for high-level ITIL 4 modules, however. If a business wants to invest in updating its ITIL practices, this course will be the most efficient and effective way to upskill its staff.
