Benefits for Individuals
AgileBA is a world-class framework for business analysis. Based on the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), the framework is held in high regard. Not only does it offer students a comprehensive understanding of how business analysts can succeed in Agile environments, but it can also make them stand out among their colleagues. Once they have enough experience in applying the framework, this can make it much easier for them to earn higher-paying job roles.
This practitioner course gives students practical insight into how to apply the principles and practices of AgileBA. This is far more efficient than simply learning on the job and gives students enough experience with the framework to begin utilizing it in real-world projects.
Benefits for Organizations
The strength of AgileBA and AgilePM is their relationship with the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM). This approach to Agile offers the benefits of the methodology alongside tighter controls and greater strategic alignment. In short, it allows businesses to enjoy the perks of Agile while also minimizing its drawbacks. This also makes AgileBA certified practitioners far more able to work alongside AgilePM practitioners, enabling them to optimize the benefits of both frameworks.
Even with the demonstrable effectiveness of AgileBA compared to alternative frameworks, it still takes an experienced practitioner to apply the framework for a business to truly appreciate its value. Continuing an employee’s AgileBA training will equip them to truly realize the benefits of the framework within your business. By investing in training for employees who can apply their training on the job, businesses can also greatly enhance each student’s chances of passing the certification exam.
AgileBA practitioner certification training is essential for organizations that want to fully experience the benefits of the framework. These include project results that are far more in line with customer requirements, greater efficiency, increased alignment, improved stakeholder engagement, and more.
