Module 4: Service Level Management
‘Service Level Management’ and its contribution to SOA are covered in this module. The role of SLM as a generator of business value is described in the context of its objectives, scope, and importance. The details of SLM, including activities and principles, are then explored in relation to SOA practices. SLA structures and service level requirements are also examined.

Module 5: Demand Management
