Business Process Modeling and Simulation

About this Resource

A simulation model is a simplified version of the real system implemented in a computerized form. This allows decision makers to carry out experiments using the simulation model on a computer  instead of carrying them out in the real system. In the context of business, the real system is often the business process.

In this paper Bhakti Stephan Onggo will be explaining the first few steps of simulation modeling once a business process has been mapped.
