We recently commissioned Forrester® Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study of iServer365. The report examined the overall benefits and potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by implementing the solution. To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with this investment, Forrester interviewed five representatives with experience using iServer365. We were absolutely thrilled to see the results.
The study found that organizations using our solution reduced the time of resiliency analysis work needed to meet regulatory requirements by 50%, while also seeing a staggering 95% reduction in strategic decision analysis!
Plus, the potential total ROI calculated in the study was 394%, with a net present value (NPV) of $2.07M and payback in just 10 months.
The numbers don’t stop there. It also revealed that our solution provides better visibility, while reducing the preparation and maintenance time needed to manage and streamline their portfolio, with 20% of applications sunsetted. Interviewees also reduced the onboarding times of new starters by 70%, and saved 80% of the time in creating architecture assets.
It’s clear that we’re making our customers’ lives a whole lot easier. In fact, those interviewed noted how their organizations were doing a lot of manual work with disparate tools before implementing iServer365. This approach led to a lot of unnecessary effort, poor data quality and a lack of timely insights.
