I joined Orbus as CEO in November 2025 to lead Orbus Software into the next stage of growth and drive market expansion globally.  Previously, I was the President of Secureworks, where I led the company’s transformation to a SaaS-based XDR platform, growing ARR from 0-$300M and leading to the sale of the company to Sophos. Prior to serving as President, I served as Chief Product Officer, where I oversaw Software Engineering, Product Management, Pricing, and Customer Experience. I had prior leadership roles at EMC, Dell, Scaleio (acquired by EMC), ServiceMesh, and Wanova (acquired by VMWare).

I am passionate about Orbus’ products and customers and look forward to working together to deliver industry leading enterprise architecture solutions that enable our customers to optimize their technology investments, prove strategic AI value, strengthen resilience and compliance, accelerate market innovation, and drive effective transformation.

I joined the team at Orbus Software in October of 2025 as Chief Financial Officer.  My career has been focused in Finance, with the past 20 years in senior leadership positions in high-growth venture and private equity backed technology companies.  I have very much enjoyed building accounting and finance teams to support high-growth organizations and meet the needs of customers, investors, and key internal stakeholders.

Prior to joining Orbus, I served as CFO for PuriCore, Inc,  IntegriChain, Inc. and Amtech Software supporting their growth with debt and equity financing, M&A transactions, software implementation, and cross functional support of HR and IT.  Our teams helped enable those businesses to be class leaders in high-tech growth environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with family, golf and skiing.  And of course rooting for the Phillies and Eagles.

I joined Orbus Software in January 2026 as Chief Revenue Officer to help every Orbus customer connect strategy to execution. With over 20 years of go-to-market leadership experience in PE-backed enterprise software companies, I've specialized in scaling revenue and building high-performance teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. My focus has been on creating unified go-to-market organizations that break down silos and deliver measurable business results.

Prior to Orbus, I was promoted to Managing Director of Cyber Americas Sales at Fortra after turning around the Data Protection business. I consolidated multiple business units into a unified GTM organization across the region. Previously, I helped scale business units at Proofpoint by nearly $100M in ARR during a period of rapid expansion. I've also held senior leadership roles at McAfee and Optiv – working across companies backed by TA Associates, Thoma Bravo, TPG, Blackstone, and KKR. I'm passionate about value-based selling methodologies that connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

Outside of work, I'm an instrument-rated pilot and enjoy scuba diving, tennis, and traveling with my family. I am based in the Atlanta area.

I joined Orbus Software in May 2025 as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over 20 years of experience leading marketing and sales teams in the enterprise software and services industry, my focus has been on driving growth through strategic transformation, pipeline optimization, and meaningful customer engagement.

Prior to Orbus, I served as CMO at ETQ (a Hexagon company), and as Vice President of Marketing and Demand Generation at Mimecast during a time of rapid expansion and the company’s IPO. I’ve also held senior marketing roles at Nuance, Bright Horizons, and Berkshire Grey—consistently building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business impact.

Outside of work, I’m an avid Boston sports fan—especially cheering on the Celtics—and I enjoy traveling, and spending time with my family.

I am privileged to have been on the Orbus journey since the beginning, from a tiny start-up with great ideas almost 20 years ago, to a global leader in the EA and digital transformation software space today – it has been a fantastic journey!

Over this time I have partnered with and learnt from hundreds of organizations, helping them to solve their business process, enterprise architecture and transformation challenges with Orbus’ innovative software solutions.

Today, based in New York, my role at Orbus is Chief Product Officer, and President of Orbus Software North America.

Outside of work I can be found with my family in Brooklyn or sailing on New York Harbor.

I joined Orbus Software as Global SVP of People in September 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic HR leadership across high-growth startups, global enterprises, and SaaS businesses. My focus is on aligning people strategy with business outcomes by building the structures and culture that help companies scale with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Prior to Orbus, I ran a leadership and HR advisory practice and worked as an executive coach, partnering with CEOs and executive teams to lead through high-growth, high-change environments where clear people strategy makes the difference. I have worked across ad tech, financial services, e-commerce, and broader tech sectors, with deep experience in pre-IPO, post-IPO, and M&A environments where talent, compensation, and leadership capability are critical to business success.

My work spans talent strategy, executive development, compensation design, post-acquisition integration, and organizational effectiveness. At the core of my approach is the belief that strong business outcomes start with people feeling seen, trusted, and challenged to grow. At Orbus, I am focused on building a high-performance, high-trust culture to support the company’s next stage of growth.

I first joined Orbus Software in 2016, and have been working as Chief Customer Officer since early 2021.

My career to date has been a fantastic adventure.At various points you would have found me manning the grill station at a posh NYC restaurant, calling real estate agents across Australia to develop the sales capability at a budding telecom, unpicking tuition payments-gone-wrong for international students at a now billion-dollar start-up, consulting for Accenture, or, since 2016, building Orbus’ market-leading customer teams across Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and Customer Ops.

I've learned a lot on my journey so far and am passionate about helping our customers and internalteams cut through “noise” to deliver real value, both for themselves and their organizations, while having plenty of fun along the way.
