We are the only vendor to be awarded with a distinction in 2019

On Thursday 17th January, Orbus Software were named as the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Enterprise Architecture Tools. This recognition is based on user feedback, and having achieved over 120 five star reviews – more than anyone else in the category – we’re excited to be the only enterprise architecture vendor to receive a distinction.

This distinction naturally follows on from our 2017 and 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Gold Award. It reflects our continued effort and investment into customer experience over the past three years, since Gartner launched this distinction. During this period, we have significantly expanded the Orbus customer team and continue to ensure ease of use within the iServer product. Beyond the recognition from Gartner Peer Insights, we have also seen tangible results in this area with our customer retention rating currently at 92%.

For organizations looking to attain a distinction rating, Gartner implemented strict entry requirements, necessitating more than 50 published reviews about the product and an average user rating over 4.2. With a total of 209 reviews as of January 2019, Orbus Software has an average of 4.5 stars.

The reviews are submitted anonymously by users who are asked a series of questions about the company and product, including whether or not they would recommend it. We are grateful to our customers for submitting reviews; feedback on both Orbus Software and our iServer product has been very favorable.

Having strived to deliver a customer-centric approach we are delighted with comments that describe our support as ‘outstanding’ and ‘excellent’, and reference the ‘excellent level of service during the evaluation and post implementation.’

Beyond the customer service, we also strive to provide a world class product, and several reviews focused on iServer’s ease of use and functionality, which is both ‘powerful’ and ‘flexible’, as well as ‘easy to install, configure and manage.’

Indeed, many of the reviews highlight this combination of customer service and product capabilities: ‘it is the complete package of the software and services we are provided that make it a success.’
