On Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th October, Orbus Software attended and sponsored the 2015 Australian Enterprise IT Conference in Sydney. With the ever-looming and unmistakeable entrance to Luna Park above us, we entered this year’s conference bright and (far too) early on the Monday morning to set up our stand for the two day event.
Our intentions were clear; meet as many people across the three conference domains as possible, learn from some of the top names in the industry, and answer any questions on Orbus Software and iServer to the interested attendees.
Once a suitable amount of coffee had been consumed by all, the conference was well and truly underway. Keynote speakers had travelled in from far and wide to discuss their specialist areas, and each session was extremely well received by all attendees. Some of the conference attendees were already known to us so it was great to see some familiar faces, but also even better to see plenty of new faces and meet a range of people in the industry. I hope I was not alone in feeling extremely full at the end of each day – both in terms of the amount of information taken on board during the sessions, and the plentiful amount of food and refreshments all too readily available.
All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable couple of days and certainly an excellent experience to have. We hope to see everyone again at future events, here in Sydney and further afield.
