The Challenge
Brunel University London is a public university located in London, in operation since 1966. Brunel has over 16,150 students and 2,500 staff.
The university is engaging in enterprise-wide integration of their software and data. Due to the relevance of student data to their operations, Brunel's architects have to ensure that data flows around the enterprise as smoothly as possible.
The Result
Working with Orbus Software and iServer, Brunel have been able to transition from an architecture that was static and inside people's heads, to one that is stored in a structured repository, demonstrating dependencies and highlighting data flows.
