Amongst this, the company saw increased ratings in three out of four categories: Product Capabilities, Sales Experience and Development Experience, from 4.6 to 4.7. Meanwhile, Orbus Software maintained the second highest score of 4.7 for Support Excellence, alongside the second highest number of 5 and 4 star reviews for the overall rating 85.
