Orbus Software, a leading cloud solutions provider for accelerated decision-making, has announced it has exceeded its annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets for 2022, and the company's SaaS solution, iServer365, saw an impressive 123% growth in ARR, with nearly 40% coming from North America. This staggering growth is a testament to the global demand for decision intelligence platforms and Orbus' ability to help customers optimize their complex digital environments.

To further support their successful global expansion, the company appointed a new CEO, Gareth Burton, who joined Orbus in September 2022. He brings extensive experience from international technology companies and SaaS businesses, previously holding the position of CEO at ThinkProject, alongside senior roles at Motorola and BT.

Burton stated, "2022 was a pivotal year for Orbus Software, as the macroeconomic headwinds highlighted the need for enterprises and government agencies to increase visibility of key elements of their businesses in order to execute strategic decisions and transform with increasing confidence. Our SaaS solution provides customers with an unprecedented level of transparency and control, being the bridge connecting business and technology."

Orbus' success in 2022 is further validated by the recognition received from leading industry analysts. The company was one of only four vendors named as a Leader in both the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools and the Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Architecture Management Suites in Q1 2023. These reports show an increasing number of customers turning to iServer365 for its powerful analysis features, suite of integrations, and seamless integration with MS365, including on-premises customers who have migrated to the cloud this year such as Caterpillar Financial Services Corp, Three UK, and Point32 Health.

Rupert Colbourne, CTO of Orbus Software, added, "The recognition of our SaaS platform validates our product strategy and serves as a clear mandate to continue accelerating the development of our innovative decision intelligence platform, which builds on our 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture tools."

In addition to receiving industry recognition, Orbus accomplished several other major milestones in 2022. It achieved a net customer retention rate of 111% and saw strong performances in the financial services, government, and manufacturing sectors. The company saw 80% year on year SaaS customer growth, including new customers such as US Department of Commerce, Reserve Bank of Australia, Fujitsu, BNP Paribas, Cognizant and Novelis.

Orbus also launched its global partner program in 2022 to drive growth and expand into new markets. Over 20 companies, including BT’s DivisionX, Deloitte, PwC, and KPMG are now certified partners. The company also formed solution relationships with Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, as well as technology alliances with Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Lucid Software.

In terms of iServer365 innovation, Orbus added industry-specific assets such as compliance frameworks, architecture reference models, and frameworks in 2022. The company's SaaS product revenue contribution also surpassed that of its on-premises software product.

The exceptional growth of Orbus Software in 2022 is a demonstration of the worldwide need for decision intelligence platforms, the effectiveness of the company in assisting clients to enhance their intricate digital surroundings, and its remarkable industry accolades.
