BPMN is the de facto standard for process modeling, and while formal training and certification provides a solid theoretical knowledge of the framework, recently certified practitioners have found themselves in a state of limbo, without the requisite hands-on experience.

BPMN is the de facto standard for process modeling, and while formal training and certification provides a solid theoretical knowledge of the framework, recently certified practitioners have found themselves in a state of limbo, without the requisite hands-on experience. This training looks at how BPMN is used in business process management, and give participants a platform from which they can tailor the standard to their own bespoke projects.

Although the course will assume knowledge of BPMN, no prior knowledge of, or experience working with, iServer is required. It follows a collaborative workshop format and takes place over a full day.
