Orbus Navigate Customer Event a Resounding Success, Highlights Community Engagement and Innovation

The Orbus Navigate customer event held in Sydney in August drew a dedicated crowd of enterprise architects and key customers. It provided a unique platform for sharing best practices, discussing challenges and opportunities, and offering valuable input into the company's strategic roadmap.

The day-long event was kicked off by Tim Mitchell, Chief Evangelist, and Jack Rudnai, APAC Managing Director, who highlighted the value of OrbusInfinity and where the company plans on taking it in the future.  

Agenda highlights

The event included several ‘Voice of the Customer’ sessions, featuring insights from customers on the value of OrbusInfinity and their journey with it, and a session on the recently launched OrbusNexus community platform. Attendees were further engaged in a workshop titled ‘Your Value Journey.’ Conducted by Awais Malik, Professional Services and Pre-Sales Manager APAC, and Sunny Liu, Customer Success Lead, the workshop attracted extremely high levels of engagement, particularly with conversations around adoption maturity.  

The day concluded with a community quiz and a closing summary that offered a glimpse into future events and community engagement. 

Customer feedback

The event received an overwhelmingly positive response. One enterprise architect said: “I know what I'm doing but I didn't know what I could be doing. My brain synapses were going off during the workshop discussion.” Another said: “It’s like Orbus took our IT strategy and wrote it out in slides. I’m over the moon.” 

And other attendees described the event as “very informative, interactive, and Orbusfantastic,” emphasizing the roadmap presentation as the “icing on the cake.” 

Beyond Sydney

The focus now shifts to the company's upcoming London event, scheduled for September 26, especially as customers have expressed enthusiasm for more events in other major cities. The Sydney event has set the stage for what promises to be a continuous series of impactful and insightful customer engagements. 

Whether it's the creation of new buzzwords like 'OrbusFantastic' or serious discussions about adopting OrbusInfinity to achieve more powerful technical solutions, the Orbus Navigate event succeeded in its primary mission: to create a strong and interactive community committed to mutual growth and success.
