Orbus Software Exceeds Targets in Q1

Orbus Software, a leading cloud solutions provider for accelerated decision-making, has reported a successful Q1 for 2023 in a number of business areas.  

Orbus onboarded several new customers to OrbusInfinity in Q1, including John Cockerill, which will use the SaaS solution to rationalize its application portfolio and improve data governance, security and risk management. A leading global telecommunications operator and an international air traffic management organization are utilizing the platform to leverage enterprise architecture as a discipline and transform business operations and decision-making.  

The company is also expanding its customer migration program, with key wins moving Swiss bank Zürcher Kantonalbank, asset management firm Ardian, and US and Australian government departments from on-premise iServer solutions to its SaaS platform, OrbusInfinity. 

In March 2023, Orbus announced the planned opening of a new office hub in Katowice, Poland. The expansion to Poland will enable Orbus to better serve its fast-growing customer base in the European Union. The new location opened in May and is focused on expanding Orbus’s software development resources, along with spearheading growth in the European region.  

CEO Gareth Burton stated, “We are very proud of the successes we’ve seen in Q1, having exceeded many of the targets we set ourselves. This growth is a testament to our dedicated teams and also the leading SaaS product we have created. Our continued growth is a clear reflection that enterprise architecture and decision intelligence are key to any organization or government entity managing the complexity of business and technology transformation today. We hope to build on these achievements in the rest of the year and are thrilled to open our new office in Katowice. This investment in our European presence will allow us to better serve our customers in the region and deliver on our commitment to providing world-class software solutions.”  

Orbus is committed to its evolution and growth as a leader in enterprise architecture technology. As part of this journey, the company has implemented several initiatives, including building on its existing partnership with ServiceNow. In addition to a powerful technology partnership, Orbus is using the market-leading workflow platform to expand and enrich its case management, community and knowledge base, as well as improving employee and customer experiences.  

In Q1, Orbus established its ESG policy across its locations in Australia, Europe, North America and UK. As part of this ESG initiative, Orbus has committed to support humanitarian aid organization Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) through employee fundraising, company matching, and customer reviews on G2. Orbus has also partnered with reforestation charity One Tree Planted, to enable customers, partners, and employees to help the environment by planting trees.
